MAS Defense Squadron rail ?

I’m looking at this MAS Defense Squadron 9.87” rail that will go with an 8.5-9” barrel. Just wondering if the I.D. of 1.8” will have enough clearance for my YHM 7.62 Phantom steel qd which I think is 1.5-1.6 O.D.
