300BlkTalk

I haven't even assembled the pistol yet but I've already cast some of the Lee 230 gr boolits for the 300 BLK. I've also ordered two MP molds.

Both in plain base. I plan on using Hi-Tek black on the heavies and the new Hi-Tek blue on the lighter weights.

Love the look of that 230, how did they turn out?

Hope they work well for ya. I couldn’t make them shoot to my satisfaction. I need 150-165 g at least in loads I have tried these seem to shoot best.

I wanna pick up a plain based mold as the three or four I have in this weight are all GC. At the velocities I send them and combined with PC a GC simply is a waste of time effort and $$.
