My electronic documents will not attach in safari, chrome, or from an iphone.
I've disabled adblock on chrome for the entire .gov domain. Does anyone have any tricks to try?
I'm going to try it on internet explore later today.

I used firefox without any trouble, however I did have to rescan all my documents into low res low dpi PDFs, I think the max file size is around 500k.Dr Fumbles wrote:My electronic documents will not attach in safari, chrome, or from an iphone.

I tried compatibility mode 8 on internet explorer edge. I have read that the max file size is 3 Mb. My file is 2.5 Mb. I'll try to reduce the file size and resubmit it. thanks for the help

i used chrome.
i'm betting it has more to do with a server load than it does to do with your browser (assuming everything is up to date anyway)
