sbr question

sbr question

If I setup a specific lower and upper for an sbr can I build another sbr upper to put on my existing sbr lower, if so do I need to fill out more papetwork fir the second upper??

Yes, you can have and use multiple uppers on your registered SBR lower.

Affirmative. You do not need to comply with any additional unconstitutional regulation. But it is always a good idea to keep your original upper in your inventory in case they decide to harrass you.

So if I have a stamp for one SBR lower and have it properly marked, etc, etc I can have several SBR uppers? Am I understanding that correctly?

What you CANNOT (should not) have, is an SBR upper with NO SBR LOWER, and a non-SBR lower, in your possession. It's bad juju.
