Form 1 Surprise

Post by TexasEric »

I filled in November for a form 1 for a SBR, and form 4 for a suppressor. I got an email today saying they didn’t get a copy of my Trust. I quickly reposndedd. He also told me my form was near the end of the process.
Holy crap that was fast. I was expecting a year or 10 months of wait time.

What has been your wait times lately.

I also had an E-form 1 approved in 21 days, back when EForms first went live.

Yeah, 6 weeks was my fastest time.

That was back in 2004.

I had the stamp back in 5 months and few days. The form 4 and can came in at 6 months. I was dumbfounded, by how quick it was.
I am building the gun in a couple weeks. Time to start asking tuning questions.
