They will get my new Form 1 application and money order on Friday.

Seems to me, that if we are paying for the stamp, then they should not take the money until the approval is given, and the stamp sent. We are also supposed to have the presumption of innocence, until proven guilty, so the stamp should issue upon receipt of the paperwork, and if there is a lawful reason to deny, then a court date should be set, and you retain your property until the completion of due process as per the Fifth Amendment.

Based on that logic, you should not have to pay taxes until you file at the end of the year. Quit paying taxes on any wages you receive and see if they pay you a visit and then tell the judge your argument. See if the logic flies.

Its more of a purchase, than a tax. Im paying to exercise a constitutional right. .... They dont send you stamps at the end of the year, they just give part of what they took from you under duress. The legality of which, is questionable.

They cashed the Money Order on the 21st.

Now the 7+ months wait begins before they even look at the paperwork. You will receive notice when they look at it if approved or denied. If denied, refund checks are sent out 2 weeks after denial.
