Well we are swamped with calls if it went straight to fax call our warehouse in Winder at 706 654 5614 and ask for Chris Banks or Danny Cooper.
Yes we can offer distributor pricing. Please call the 706 number if you cannot reach us. I can't even call into my own plant sometimes. We are also supplying a training facility and SASS with ammo so get called a lot. Try [email protected] and Danny or Lori will call asap.
Thank you all for your support, feedback and interest and a special thanks to Mr. Silvers and staff for allowing us to post on this forum. We have a 1000yard range 5 minutes from us and we invite everyone to come and shoot 300 Blackout or other rounds on the facility.
In the past few months we determined our master loader had trimmed a 840' column of 5.56 brass with a case trimmer.
Buy Gunn ammo with confidence. I will post a more comprehensive review tomorrow but I am very satisfied w/ my purchase of 6 boxes of supersonic 130gr SOST. Clover leaf groups touching at 50yds. I loaded 25 rds in a pmag and gi mags and all functioned 100%. ammo shipped fast, came clean and nicely packaged. Will definitely buy again to supplement my reloads.
During our testing, it penetrated 19" of solid wet news paper and the bullet recovered expanded from.30 to .56 in diameter.
Do you have any pictures of expanded bullets? Sounds like a decent round to poke holes in hogs with. The pictures I saw of this bullet in 5.56 (not 7.62x51, as originally posted) showed that the nose fragmented and the base of the bullet turned into a sort of SWC shape. Guess the lower velocity of 300 BLK means expansion rather than fragmentation of the nose.
Edit: it was a picture of the 5.56 version of this bullet I saw. Below for anyone interested.
I also am interested in whether or not you have a good hunting round, I bought a micro7 to take deer hunting in a couple of weeks and need some ammo, but am not sure what to buy.
