Mine is easy to explain... I'm lazy.
Not lazy. What you are doing is saving the space for the perfect avatar!

Cool! Pure bred? Age?

I miss my dog. She died at 14 but I had her since 8 weeks old. German Shepherd. Best and smartest dog I had ever owned.

Is that on your land or public?
Sorry to hear about your dog. He’s a redbone coonhound. Was young in that picture probably 1 or so but he’s getting pretty long in the tooth now, going on 11.

That’s land that we lease from the paper company to hunt.

@SwampDog_13,

Thanks. It was a hard loss for sure. Not as hard as losing a spouse or child, but it was difficult.

So does your dog still jump up ready to go, or is he enjoying retirement? :).

Looks like a good place to hunt. I hunt, when I can, a few places around my area that I can. One night pulled four deer out of the field.

That was a good night.
