elcanDR retical for 300

Hi everyone, I just picked up my second 300 this time I decided to leave the building to Noveske and picked up the johnny rifle (still waiting for it) I want an really nice optic so Im about 98% sure im going to go with the Elcan SpectorDR.

What are you all using for bullet drop reticles 7.62 or 5.56 when mixing upers and subs? Wondering if there is anyone out there with an elcan would like to hear some feedback.
