CVA Scout V2 for coyotes
I should be picking my new CVA Scout V2 in 300 Blackout this week. I plan on using it for coyote hunting. What would be the best bullet, and what would be the effective range for a clean kill?

the 110 or 120gr blaktip would be a good choice, as well as the 110 vmax. however for distance the barnes blacktips are gonna be king.
if you're gonna be hunting close, the 125 sst and the 150gr gold dot would also be great choices to tinker with.
any of the above should be able to make coyote's acheive room temperature at distances of 135-140 yds or less, with the barnes and gold dot extending that range pretty significantly.

Thank you for your reply. Yes , I have been doing some reading up on this and it sounds like Barnes Blacktips would be the best . I live in Arizona and some of the shots could be in the 200 yard range!
