You'll be plenty happy with that Chargemaster. I've had mine about a year now, and once I added the McD straw, it went from 90 to 100%. It'll even work with dust-like powders like True Blue. Mine was having fits with Autocomp prior to the straw. Just don't leave Longshot in the hopper, there's something nasty in it that not only makes your gun louder than a deck gun on a battleship, but also messes up the plastic. I make sure to drain mine every time.

Thanks for info...im planning on dumping after each use, but leaving on all the time...already got a few McDs straws for cutting...

make sure you remember to check the powder empty chute before you add powder.

Lol my friend did that on the "red" brand a couple weeks ago with his fresh find of Varget which is rare around here...he flipped out...and THATS why i keep my reloading bench and floor clean...

theres something to be said for a tidy workspace. other than just having to clean a mess off the bench i think i only lost about enough powder for a couple rounds. Even keeping my workspace regularly cleaned (i live in a single story home, so the roomba can just wander in for me!) once powder hits the floor my personal rule is its fertilizer. Thankfully it happened back in the days when varget was still ~$20 a jug and plentiful on the shelf.

LOVING THIS CHARGEMASTER!!!Straw trick works great with A1680, only had two overthrows...loaded the last 164 of my 220gr SMKs, and the pulled the straw out and have done all my test loads for Trailboss subs with 90 XTP in nickel brass...some of the black oxide too...this thing is awesome!!!ImageURL=http://s1028.photobucket.com/user/tchas ... p.jpg.html]Image[/URL]
