Is it possible to load 147 grain subsonic?

Gun is a 300BLK Handi-Rifle w/Osprey 45 can, I would like to use a powder that isn't as loud as 1680 and I don't need to worry about cycling.
I ordered a chronograph so i just need some safe powder weights to start with and witch powder Unique or TB?

Both Unique and Trail boss will work with 150 gr bullets. Trailboss may have a more uniform less load change sensitivity (better for volumetric loading), Unique = quiet and will work well too. I use American Select with 152 gr ball and it's my favorite plinking jacketed sub I have loaded many hundreds of these 950 FPS is a good speed for QUIET.
