145gr tracer coal help? 300blk/308

This afternoon i purchased 500 145gr M62 tracers pulled from 30-06 from cdvs.us i plan to use them in supersonic loads for 300 blackout and 308 winchester.

my platform for my 300blk is a 10.5 inch ar and my 308 platform is a savage 110 highcountry with a 22 inch barrel. my powder for 300blk is H110 and my powder for 308 is VARGET.

im having a problem with finding any data such as powder charge and especially cartridge overall length. i have found scarce data for the 142gr m62 but not the 145gr version.

for Powder i would assume to find a bullet on or near that weight range and begin loading at the starting charge working my way up in small increments. is this the correct and safe method for 300 blk and 308 when loading tracers?

i am completely stumped on info for cartridge overall length and have seen maybe two posts with info that lists a 2.800in coal for a 145gr m62 for 308 and 2.150in for 300 blackout using the 145gr m62 i have no idea if these numbers are correct as i have hardly seen anything online?

for my bolt action can i follow normal coal finding procedures as easy as closing my bolt on a long cartridge and slowly shorten my coal until the rifle chambers smoothly? i have used this method on a 165gr sst but i have no idea if this is the correct procedure when loading tracers

with my ar i have always stuck to the book and have no idea have to find a coal that is not listed in a book? so any help there is greatly appreciated.

for anyone that uses this bullet in 300 blk or 308 please list your cartridge overall length and powder charge.

The more people that respond the better
