No difference except the box and wording on the label that probably says something like "not for commercial/ resale" or "LE military only"

They might ask for verification to sell to you, might get their PP wacked for selling to the public if they do, It's generally a price point, sales contract issue.

Same ammo tho.

Yeah, a year ago I was paying right about $19/box. Should have bought more; better investment return than my mutual funds!

Since Hornady signed that government contract to supply subsonic ammo to the military, finding anything 190 sub is impossible.

Things are going to dry up even more for a while for sure. Good news for Hornady, but puts us non-military customers in a tight spot.
