Faxon 7 5" barrel ?

Anyone using the Faxon 7.5" barrel for supers only? What buffer and spring works good? Making a new build and thinking of using a standard power Strike flatwire spring and the Spikes H2 buffer. Am not planning on using an adjustable gas block.
