I'm a Walther fan myself! Great pistol designs, I'm a p99 and pps owner.

I read on another website that Andrew Betts actually titled the article 5 reasons, but one was edited. As a public service, I located and posted the edited portion below.
The main reason you should not choose the 300 Blackout for home defense:

When I break into a home, I do not want to be shot repeatedly by someone who alternates sub and super sonic rounds in their magazine, even if I am wearing body armor.

It is also very embarrassing telling the emergency room doctors, and the police, that it is not fair because all you remember hearing was somebody shouting "pew pew pew" before the bullets struck.

I certainly don't want to explain to Saint Peter that I was stopped by such an ineffective round, I would have to give up my man card.
300 Blackout, not just for sub-sonics.

fixed it for you - you cropped your editing a bit too early

Honestly, I didn't even bother to read it, you guys seem to have had it covered already.

The main reason I didn't read it as I don't see the point, you see just as many arguments as to why someone prefers pistol/rifle/shotgun and then which caliber.

Everyone knows that a 9mm semi-auto pistol is the best self defense gun...

(I do believe that but also know many that don't...just proving my point).
