Normally all I shoot in BO, 145r PB or GCd and PCd. Anything lighter has a feeding problem as the COAL is too short for the mag. I also do 170gr PB about 1500 fps, fun and little recoil.

As mentioned if you are indeed attaining 1800+ fps with a 220g bullet. You are seriously over pressure. I just hit that with a 150 with pressure signs in my MSR's.
I shoot allot of lead, from 125 ish thru 250g all feed and cycly for me. Many good powders listed in the loads area.
Lately I have enjoyed a 250g Arsenal mold seated on top of IMR4198 @ 1075 ish fps. This load feeds & cycles in all firearms. Usually shooting 2" or less @ 100yards, arriving with some authority.

I fire 135g powder coated cast leads out of my 300blk.
Zero problems and no leading at all.

Will try and get to my bench later. Just had knee replacement surgery Monday. Kind of immobilized right now.

Was finally able to hobble down to the reloading bench.
The bullets are 135g BadMan Bullets cast leads that are red powder coated.
OAL of 2.010"
17.1 g of H110.
Gives me a consistent 1960-1970 fps. I could probably drive them a bit faster, but most recommendations say to keep them from smearing the powdercoat.
I've recovered a few bullets to see how the coating holds up and they looked really good. Wish I had taken some pics of the recovered projectiles.
I need to order more from BadMan Bullets as I'm running low. Will get the black projectiles this time to keep with the "blackout" part of the cartridge name.
