Re: Sig SB15 brace, group buy?
The SIG brace is very popular with my readers, and I love mine. If we can get another discount by bumping up the number of participants I can see if we can get more folks.
Individual shipping would be a must. I've done group buys before and the fulfillment sucks big time.

Re: Pistol AR's: why?
SBRs need permision to be taken out of the state. Not so with a pistol. It's pretty dang easy to get permission. Form 5320.20. Send one out once a year for a year's worth of interstate transfer...it's worth it to be able to go WHEREVER. You need multiple forms for multiple states but ATF is good ab...

Re: Bullet seating and inconsistent COALs...
Consistent seating is more important than the COAL. That's what I learned when I had extreme variations in my surplus M80 pulls.
I wrote about my experience with the M80 on my blog if you're interested in the outcome. My final COAL was all over the place.

Thanks to everyone for talking about compression, I obviously didn't think about that and the length of the tracer projectile.

Re: 7.62x54 load
I saw on here a load for 7.62x54 in the 300 and can't find it now. I just found a few pounds of 296 and the same shop had a few K of the russian projectiles. I am thinking 2.025 looks ok based on a dummy round placement in a 20 round mag but wanted to double check. Thanks After you buy what you nee...

Re: Pistol AR's: why?
Great points so far. Also, you don't need a super short barrel for a pistol. My wife's 5.56 11.5" AR15 SBR started life as a pistol while we waited for her eFile to finish. Even with just the buffer tube she found the shorter length pistol easier to manage than a full sized AR, AK or Tavor. I w...

Re: Unusual Problem! Help appreciated.
I own one of those AIM NiB BCGs and it has to be VERY well lubricated. I had the same problems you had.
I will not buy one again.

Re: New AR15 300 Blackout pistol build...
Looks good! Have you used a SIG SB15 brace before? If so, how does that compare to the CAA stock saddle?
