Powder is an "after thought" A lot of companies that make powder have private & Gov. contracts for industrial explosives/propellants. If they don't have a contract, then they will run off some powder to fill the void. General Dynamics in Canada is about to stop making Hodgdon's IMR NON...

+2 on the 125gr TNT we have acquired a Vern Juenke Machiene and have been testing all the 300 Blackout bullets. Problem is the slow burn of the powder anyone have experience/data with a 16 in barrel vs. a 10.5 in barrel using the slower burning powders?

1680 may be made again in a very limited run in Jan, 3rd gen, Natchez, & Powder Valley had pistol and magnum pistol (H110/W296) couple days ago. Look for it at Midsouth, Grafs, & Wideners in the next couple weeks. *Majority of it was Alliant pistol/shotgun.

There's data out there for 2015, 4895, problem is they are so slow burning that the pressure is too low and you will have a lot of unburnt powder as you were experiencing, increasing your chances of having a bullet stick in the gritty barrel.
