Problem is the slow burn of the powder anyone have experience/data with a 16 in barrel vs. a 10.5 in barrel using the slower burning powders?

There's data out there for 2015, 4895, problem is they are so slow burning that the pressure is too low and you will have a lot of unburnt powder as you were experiencing, increasing your chances of having a bullet stick in the gritty barrel.
