that looks awesome. i've considered building a pistol AR of some flavor or another for the very same reason - we cant have truck guns here in michigan.

as i've never done any form 1's....i cant say for sure one way or the other. however that said... i know if you're doing a form 4 transfer, you send in the schedule A without the item SN on it. it cant be part of the trust when you submit your form 4 - you haven't been given permission to own it yet...

I agree. My loss of the lot numbers would make it more difficult for them to track but at least they would have known of a problem. Second, by adding them to my trust then it gives them a legal right to also sell anything in the trust they have access to according to the attorney who was going to do my trust. so have your attorney fix it so they cant. adding in that kind of language would be easy.
