as i've never done any form 1's....i cant say for sure one way or the other. however that said... i know if you're doing a form 4 transfer, you send in the schedule A without the item SN on it. it cant be part of the trust when you submit your form 4 - you haven't been given permission to own it yet...

I agree. My loss of the lot numbers would make it more difficult for them to track but at least they would have known of a problem.
