Ok, I loaded some 200gr makers with the N120. Shooting at 50 yds 1. 9.9grs at 2.100 col got me 1032fps and a SD of 10.7 all looked good and group was about 1 1/4 inch 2. 10grs and 2.100 col got me 1015fps and a SD of 16.2 all looked good group was probably 2 inches 3. 10.1grs and 2.163 col got me 95...

I shot today, my 8" with berrys 200gr and 10.3gr n120 with the following col
Col 2.245 882 fps sd 13
Col 2.160 886 fps sd 18
Had no issues.
Also
Maker 200 gr rex n120 10.1gr at 2.118 col
1010fps sd 10 No issues the, makers group well.
Was 50F today

200 gr sub powder choice? Clean and quiet

Here's my plan. 8"barrel AR, 200gr pinker (berrys) and maker rex(definitely length differences there). Want a clean and quiet powder that is fairly temp stable to very temp stable. I've been reading alot on the issue, and sometimes info varies quite a bit. Also hard to keep track of where I saw...

200 gr maker rex w/ VV120?

Looking for some input on using VV120 with some 200gr maker rex bullets. Anyone care to share some experience or point me in direction of load data for that specifically. I have been given some data for h110 and 1680. Running a 8.5 AR and would like clean/quiet equal as 1st priority and accuracy 2nd...

I'm Using it and was hoping to find some info on COL for this, I used 2.245 COL (from VV 200gr lapua) and 10.3 gr of 120. I see Berrys recommends 2.150 COL, so I'm quite longer on my load. Have not chrono or tested for accuracy just for function and sound(sub or not). did the later well.
