Idk but the one I made, 'the locomotive', has a Lyman 8 station turret, a 1.375" dia ram, weighs in at 60lbs and cost me less than $100.

Given couple hundred CBC 19 5.56, cut, resized, etc neck thickness 0.012" - 0.013"
Seated Barnes 110 TAC TX neck OD 0.332" - 0.334"
At the top end but fit Sheridan gage
