I use an Ultra 7 on both a 8" AR pistol build and a 16" bolt gun.

I have found the sound attenuation to be excellent with both supers and subs.

Sounds like I might have to pick up a pound to play with. I might give it a try under the 220 Nosler.

Been spending most of my time on the Grendel as of late.
