Can't find the 'ideal twist' chart.

I've been really busy with work but have the itch for another build. Thinking I will build an XM177 clone to put on the NFA converted SP1. I saw a chart for stabilization by bullet wt here at some point but can't seem to find it. Leaning toward the best compromise between 125 Speers for super and 19...

Many here are far smarter and more experienced than me but to solve that specific problem, my approach would be an inexpensive adjustable gas block I set and forget.

Great question. Based on a lot of reading and limited personal experience, the combo of 223 and 300 AAC with proper bullet choice and a willingness to stay in their effective range envelope will do anything a traditional hunting calibre will do.
