Re: Annealing neck tension
Annealing helps maintain neck tension and extends the life of your brass. If your having problems with the neck tension loosening, then your sizing die probably isn't resizing the neck down enough and/or you're getting extreme spring back after sizing due to the brass getting harder.

Re: Chronographs
I've had a Magnetospeed V3 for several years. I've always used the picatinny mount and extension rod from MK Machining without problems until earlier this year when I decided to shoot F-Class and took the muzzle brake off of my LR rifle. On my first trip to the range with the rifle without the brake...

Re: Finally Entering the Subsonic Realm
get your hands on some shooters world blackout - save yourself the frustration. First I've heard of this powder. Can you elaborate the frustration that will be eliminated? My interest is peaked. Shooters World Blackout is basically identical to Accurate 1680. It will work with almost any weight bul...

Re: BCM uppers
How loud is it with subs and that omega. I was looking at that and the Ultra 7 or 9. I don't have a sound meter, but it is hearing safe while shooting it without ear protection indoors and outdoors. I don't know what it sounds like a few feet away yet as I haven't had someone else shoot it while I ...

"that suppressor arrives"??? I'm currently using a Silencerco Omega on mine. The only time it comes off is to attach the Magentospeed for load development.K9conversation wrote:Thanx, I am looking forward to your posts when that suppressor arrives.

Re: BCM uppers
Of course I'd recommend it. I bought it after many hours of research. Mine runs anything. Un-suppressed subs and supers and suppressed subs and supers.K9conversation wrote:Yes of course subs are what it's all about!
Do you like the BCM, in that length, so far, you would recommend it?

Re: BCM uppers
I am probably going to go for the BCM 9 inch barrel with 8 inch KMR hand guard. Primary goal is to suppress subsonics, but I would like to hear from anybody who has run supersonics out this barrel and what velocities I can expect? I have a BCM 9" brrel with an 8" KMR handguard. Supersonic...

Re: New bench toy!
I've been using the curved linkage since day one on mine. They give a little more room for my hands when moving brass and bullets in and out of the press. No difference in the function of the press.
