Re: Adjustable gas block advantage
So I'm working through why I can't get my 16 inch blk to cycle subs. Its carbine length . I've checked the basics. Yes the gas block is lined up. Yes the powder will cycle in a shorter gas system. Its always suppressed. I could change the buffer spring and weight because I think its probably a bit ...

Re: Adjustable gas block or Gemtech BCG to switch subs to supers?

Re: New to 300 blackout
Exactly what i needed to here guys. I appreciate the honesty. Truely the round really shines with a SBR from 8 inch barrel to 10 inch. With pistol gas you will be able to run subs and sonics with and without a suppressor without an adjustable gas block. Personally i wouldnt go 300 blk unless you ar...

Re: The Maker Bullet project
Supers up for testing next Paul, I'm tired of this quiet stuff  I like the way your 150 looks and will start with that first. Going to load up some of the 110 subs for the Handi to take next time I Groundhog hunt. If I get a close shot, I'll post pics. I am going to have to get some 110s for m...

Re: What's your secret tumbling recipe?
I use lyman walnut media and a teaspoon of case Polish from cabelas. I tumble for a few hours, then resize and tumble againfor an hour or so. If you leave the brass in long enough it comes out exceptionally shiny and no need to dry. I also throw in dryer sheets to keep media dust off the brass. I j...

Re: The Maker Bullet project
I have 2 boxes of the 200 grain originals I believe. Where should I start using 1680? In a suppressed 10.2 noveske barreled I loaded up 20 rounds and they all worked flawlessly. Even the slow stuff cycled my AR15 10.5 inch Noveske barrel. I used Maker 200 Grain .308 Expanding Subsonic Blackout and ...
