Re: trouble reloading .223
Run a batch WITHOUT the decapping pin assembly. ( Remove the entire decapping rod from your die) If there are no problems, you know you have your decapping rod set too"high".

Re: SIG Brass
I have NOT FORMALLY measured the SIG case capacity. That said, the SIG brass loads I have chronographed have performed as expected without any pressure sign nor velocity anomalies.
I have also found their factory loads to perform as advertised.

I REALLY like my Daniel Defense barrels...but may not be "lightweight" enough for you.

Re: Loading 300 blackout on Dillon 550
Sounds like your seating Die is starting the crimp too soon...back it out in 1/2 turn increments until the bulge stops.

Re: New Gun, same loads. Is it safe?
Shouldn't be necessary if you did that when you loaded them. They don't melt or deform in storage.

Re: New Gun, same loads. Is it safe?
Yes, if all you said is true, should be fine. Ammo keeps for a long time. Still shooting rounds I loaded 30 years ago, and rounds I purchased 50 years ago.

Shoot 1... check for pressure signs. If good, shoot 3 more...check for pressure signs.
