Oxford Ammo
This is an attaboy for a guy named Anthony Parrott from Oxford Ammo. Back on August 27th I bought some ammo from a member here that he said he bought from Oxford Ammo. When I got them I fired a few rounds but about half of them wouldn't chamber in my AAC Micro 7. About half would chamber real tight ...

Re: 194ME Lehigh Def VS whitetail does
The 10pt in my 1st post was hit quartering to us in the front shoulder, it destroyed the shoulder and the exit was on the off side at the last rib. The buck weighed 135 field dressed , granted not a big deer but that was plenty of penetration. I would say penetration was very good on all these deer....

Re: 194ME Lehigh Def VS whitetail does
Factory loaded rounds shoot about 1 1/2 inch out of my Micro 7 . Don't know anything about feeding in an AR. The reaction was just like a double lung with a broadhead except not as good a blood trail. Not much shock but seemed to expire faster than with archery gear. The damage was also like a broad...

194ME Lehigh Def VS whitetail does
I like to promote a good product when I get a chance. Let me tell you guys these things are pure poison on whitetails. Have not recovered a bullet yet but 60 yards is the most any of his 5 does have gone. All were standing still , broadside, shot right . Quick and humane.

Re: Subsonic for Deer?
Quiet is nice but that sub sure does bounce around a lot when you turn it loose. You need a clear field of fire or you will risk hitting a house or even a neighbor. I will not shoot mine without a solid backstop or bank behind my deer/target.
It is a excellent cal. with the right bullet.

PICTURES POSTED----1st Blackout kill
Micro 7 suppressed, 100 yards with the Lehigh 194 ME. As clean a kill as any I have ever seen. Grandson was 7 last year and killed 7 deer. A 5pt and 6 does . Started this year with a 10pt on opening morning. Says he is going for a dozen this year. Quartering to us , broke the shoulder and out behind...

Re: Bolt will not cam over and close on some rounds.
You guys have been a big help, I have found the problem, but I'm not sure how to fix it. It gets a slight shiny ring around the shoulder when I close the bolt and the back of the round looks like it shaves a little brass when I chamber it. The shoulder was not set back enough when it was sized. Can ...

Bolt will not cam over and close on some rounds.
I recently bought a 200 round bulk pack of the - 220 Grain Subsonic Oxford Ammunition . About 50% of the time the bolt will not close on the round. The ones that shoot seem fine and the accuracy is OK. What can I do to make these chamber? Is the brass not trimmed short enough or is it something else...
