Buying parts

Just hoping to get a little insight. I want to build a noveske upper/lower sbr and want to get it done before the looming June 1 deadline. I want the flared magwell lower and the MUR upper. Are the forged gen 2 lowers still being made? Are the gen 3 being sold stripped yet, or will they be in time? Does noveske still make the mur uppers or will I have to buy a VLTOR? Tried searching a good bit just doesn't seem to be a lot of info out there, and don't really want to spend $400 for a lower on gunbroker. TIA
