Rail cover panel

This is probably simple but...... how the heck do you move the rail covers on the URX rail? I've pushed in on the metal clip, tried pulling up on it, can't get the cover to move.

Push in the metal clip to the bottom, that 'unlocks' the rail cover, then slide into position or remove.
