Noveske bolt carrier

I'm just trying to figure out exactly what kind of bolt carrier I have here in my Noveske upper I bought through Midway back in Oct 2012. Main thing is I assumed the Noveske carrier was chromed lined as I always thought them to be top shelf but the more I look at it the more I say it's not. All works fine, just want to know what I have. So my question is does Noveske use chrome lined or not? Have they used both? This was the 16" 300blk.
Edit: The main reason I say it's not is the machine marks inside it. My DPMS is smooth. This has circular rings the whole way.
