New 300blk scope from pfi (pride fowler industries)

Richard is great, give him a call or email and he will take care of you, i bought one of each of the 3 new 5.56/7.62, .22lr super/sub reticle, and 300 blk. He gave me a good deal i won't post up here but give him a call, theres probably discounts to be had for preorders........

I dont know a lot of companies where a vp can be bothered to take preorders... I've got high hopes for the quality of these scopes.

I am a bit worried that the 5.56/7.62(308 win) scooe's reticle will be a bit busy for me but its really just a matter of a steeper learning curve, i'm sure the reticle drawings dont do the reticles justice. The .22 and 300 reticles look to be Just about perfect, the .22 i would'nt change a thing.

Plus the illumination will help a lot on lower magnifications when the FFP reticles by their nature get kinda thin.

This is exactly what I've been waiting for! I have two other PFI scopes and they are VERY nice, so this is a no-brainer for me.

Do your present PFI scopes have illuminated reticles? If yes, how bright are they? Can the illumination be seen in daylight?

So I talked to a gentleman from PFI and I must say he was extremely nice, extra informative, and extremely excited about the new 300 blkout scope. He was actually driving back from a test shoot while talking to me which showed me they are all about customer service. Anyway, he said they are about a month out from being shipped. I'm guessing he meant to the dealers. I'm not sure who I talked to but I'd like to thank him for being very courteous and helpful.

Ok, I did hear back ...maybe he read this? He says scopes will be available in a week or so and I could order one now. Hmmmmmmmm, just thinking how many orders for various items I have open right now. I think I will wait until they are not vaporware before making another order...er back order.

got the call from an ontario number from them, nice lady letting me know my "variety pack"(1 each of blk, 223/7.62, and 22lr pfi evolution series) should be arriving within 2 weeks. i'll be sure to post pictures

i hope that it is quality illumination with a quality set of cross-hairs, not sure if they are glass etched or wire etc, i think illumination will be nice when these are on low power, the reticle- (sp*-3am typing and google spell check is being like my ex, tells me i'm wrong without providing an answer -is normally very thin being first focal plane (reticle zooms with picture)

Sorry new to the forum and platform but would this be a good scope for Rem 700- AAC shooting 220 gr subs out to 100-200 yards? What would be a solid mount rings or other? Thank you!
