Just finished an AR pistol using:
1) Noveske 10" barrel with KX3
2) BCM BCG
2) PSA lower receiver with pistol kit, standard buffer
3) Surplus arms upper receiver
4) VTAC/Troy Alpha Rail - 9 inch
5) Vortex SPARC
6) Magpul front and rear BUS
Good looking pistol. I was leaning towards the Noveske but the wind changed and I went 9" AAC. Both are great. Ford/ Chevy. However for the most part I'm a Ford guy. Anyway, I just talked to a lady at the ATF and Form 1s are running 6 months right now. I get to shoot my SBR in Nov! I'll be shooting it pistol til then.
The BATFE received my Form 1 the last of November 2011, my stamp was issued on May 31, 2012. Six months is about right. You do have to figure that holidays slowed it down also.

That's why you go ahead and send off for your stamp....see which one comes back first! An AR pistol is to an AR SBR what a girlie mag is to a real woman.
Too true...in so many ways. If you get sick of a "girlie mag" you just throw it away or give it to a friend. This is MUCH more difficult with a real woman.
