110 V-Max for whitetail

Hey guys, new to the board. Just wondering if the 110 will be enough to take down whitetail deer at 50-100 yards. I normally use a 7mm but I was planning on letting the wife use the AR when season rolls around. This is my first AR and Im still learning stuff everyday about 300blk. I found this board a few days ago and its a treasure trove of info, love it!

Works very well, killed 2 last season, 155 pound buck at 70 yards ran 30 yards and a small spike at 80 yards golf ball exit hole on spike. gonna try the 110 black tips this season they look real promising. Should be DRT kills if I do my part.

Thanks for the reply, Im going out this week to test them out on the local hog population. So if they are good enough for hogs theyre good enough for deer
