Resizing cast boolits

I can not get 190 cast to run subsonic with A1680 consistently and cycle. To cycle they have to just go a tad over sub.. I may try another 20 rounds at a less charge to see.. but the last mag was mostly super (on my M16 which has a harder cycling resistance.. on the Bushmaster I may be able to get them to run semi auto as subs)
