If I cut my 10.5" 300FB will port be 300BLK size at new 7"?

If I just leave it as is and want the port filled and re-drilled, what is the correct 300BLK port size for the 10.5"?

You can probably cut it to 7".

Why not sell it to someone who wants to load the faster powders for subs?

It is already converted for LMT MRP. I might just get ADCO to fill and re drill a smaller hole and keep the length. If the new LMT skinny MRP upper has a larger ID / opening and will let me sink a suppressor I'd cut this to 7".

I'm waiting on your 16" carbine gas switchblock with wide open and normal settings for the faster powder or lighter subs goal you mention. Won't work with MRP so might get a carbine length monolithic Aero COP upper for that possible build.

There is a thread converter on the end to thread my 1x16LH 45 pistol suppressor on.

I don't think it would work with carbine gas, there is a reason why the 300FB 16" used a pistol gas.
