Thanks for the link and info. I didnt even know there was an issue with the 51T FH however it sounds like if i purchase the 8" upper I want from you guys then there shouldnt be an issue mounting the AAC SDN-6 in the future since you test fit all your uppers with the SDN-6.

Not to hijack, but testing shows that 1:8 is optimal for current bullet lengths, right? So why the wish for 1:7? Are you planning on casting some REALLY long bullets?

The current bullet lengths are current because the current twist is 1 in 8".
We are now very quickly heading toward the age old Chicken vs. Egg discussion.

There are some folks with SBRs who are having reliability issues with the current subsonic offerings. Their rifle operates great with 230 or 240 grain bullets, but without the stability needed to use a can.

The standard Brakeout fits, but I don't know if we have them in stock or not.

We will be doing some testing with 1 in 7" twist.
If someone is having a hard time running 220's there must be something wrong with the rifle or ammo, because even the 208 Hornady runs well.

Mine will run 220 and up just fine.
Got a bunch of 208 Amax and it runs,- but not 100%
Still cant get a BCG hold with 10.3 of 1680 running about 1020 fps
Light JP trigger, standard buffer and reduced buffer spring.
No gas leaks I dont think with a proper stake
Any ideas appreciated...thanks

With or without a silencer? Our gas port is designed for subsonic with a silencer to function well.
