just got my ar up and running, was looking for sub-sonic load for 175gr mk?

175 is really too light for subsonic - 220 or heavier is best.
You can try RE-7 powder and a carbine buffer and it may work well enough for plinking.
If you want to load them supersonic, which is what I would do if I had 175s to shoot, then try A1680 powder.
