Re: Lee dies
When I clicked on the links in the notification emails they showed as out of stock also. I refreshed and they showed as in stock and was able to order.

Re: Lee dies
Is the Lee factory Crimp die for the 300 blk a taper crimp or roll crimp?

Neither.
Best description that I found on the internet:
Lee rifle factory crimp die is neither a roll nor taper crimp -- it squeezes the case in mid-neck and applies a different kind of crimp entirely.
Re: Lee dies

Re: Lee dies
Thanks for the info. Don't know that I like a mid-neck crimp though. Does anyone make a taper crimp for the 300 BLK?stmcelroy wrote:L1A1Rocker wrote:Is the Lee factory Crimp die for the 300 blk a taper crimp or roll crimp?

It crimps all the way up to the top of the case. I've used them on my 45/70 and now my 300blk and love them.
