New to the 300 Blackout and living in France, I will be posting my results using Vectan powders on this thread..
So far:

Barrel: 10.5" Starline brass. Light crimp.

Bullet: Hornady V-MAX 110gr. OAL 53mm. SP3 19gr: 2067fps (factory: 2221fps).
Bullet: PPU 139gr. OAL 54mm. SP3 18.5gr: 1939fps.
Bullet: Hornady Interlock 180gr. OAL 56.5mm. Ba9 7gr: Not enough to cycle (AR), no reading.
I was looking for a subsonic load for the Interlock bullets...

Next I might try Ba6.5 for subsonic loads..

Me too I m living in France and reloading 300 blk with Vectan powders , especially SP3 .
I think SP3 is the best for sub or super in Vectan brand

I own a ddm4 pdw in 10.3

And load 110grs with same oal as you and 1.15 grams of sp3 speed :2100fps
190 subx hornady 0.63 grams of sp3 1050fps
123grs lapua fmj 1 gram of sp3 speed 1900fps
200grs lapua 0.63 grams of sp3 speed 1050 fps

All loads cycle perfectly with my suppressor ase762dual
