I'm back to square one as well, and I think I'm going to give it a rest for a bit with this particular projectile - it's wasting valuable primers. Earlier this week I tested three different charge weights of Lil'Gun - 8.3, 8.6, and 8.9 - all seated at 2.050". 8.9 was supersonic, 8.6 and 8.3 were subsonic. I got the same fail to feed that Ape Factory described on every round. Also, as he described, it fed fine when I dropped the bolt, and the bolt locked back on empty, but the nose of the round being fed would stick up in the top of the barrel extension, and the bolt would close about 3/4 of the way and smash the middle of the case.

In comparison, I also tested three charge weights of Hornady 208 grain A-Max, with Lil'Gun at 8.2, 8.5, and 8.8. COAL was 2.260. Five shot groups of all. 8.8 was supersonic, 8.5 was right there on the threshold, and 8.2 was perfect. Everything fed perfectly and the bolt locked back on empty.
