Thermal Hog hunting with the new ATN THOR LT

Post by hogcaller »

We ended up retrieving 2 decent size hogs (150-175 lbs) while thermal hunting using the 300 BO loaded with 125 gr SSTs.

Dang, that first one’s got a dark beard on its face just like you do.

Nice job!

Man if you ever pull a backstrap or back leg off one you can make some amazing pork franks using LEM's Backwoods Pork Frank seasoning. Just grind and add some store bought pork fat (80/20 wild boar meat to bought pork fat) and mix the seasoning a little lighter than the instructions and be prepared to be blown away! :)
