Not a complete upper, but have two lowers, and stripped upper. They all work just fine and what makes them blem is anyone's guess.

For clarification that upper is a "PTAC 16" M4 1:7 Upper - Without BCG or CH", not to be confused as a PSA brand upper. I do not have one of those nor have I seen one in real life, HOWEVER I have read enough poor reviews on PTAC stuff to stay away from it.

Here are the reviews on the PSA site alone which show what I mean.

In all if you don't mind moderate noticeable blemishes and you don't mind doing a little work to make an upper run smoothly then this is likely right down your alley. Me I want a little less hassle so I will pay more. Just my $0.02.

Best of luck :)

Well looks like there is a PSA brand upper for $199 but it is not a blem, here it is :

I would be willing to give it a shot since it is PSA brand. Has 1 review that is favorable.

I have a PTAC upper from them that has the melonite finish mated to a PSA blemmed lower. Here is a link to what I purchased http://palmettostatearmory.com/index.ph ... andle.html. Overall very satisfied with my purchase would buy another again the only bad part is the long turnaround time from them.

I ordered a stripped blem upper from them a month ago and haven't heard word 1 from them about it. Still shows as in stock.

I know this hasn't been touched in a few months, but I got one of the PSA blem uppers w/o bcg and ch back in the summer. It's what got me started into the 300 BLK and I couldn't be happier with it! I killed a number of hogs with it before I moved from Oklahoma.

Thanks, Dinny

I have been kicking around putting together an AR carbine. Can someone tell me why I should not buy this blem PSA complete lower Magpul ACS-L edition for 189.99?
