Got a thumbhole stock for my CVA scout

Post by Steve Urquell »

I saw that Bergara had a scout rifle available in the EU that had a thumbhole stock. Then I saw an Optima V2 blackpowder rifle on Armslist for sale that had one on it. Looked like our Scouts. Found the stock on the CVA site for $37. Drops the hand a little lower and feels very slim. I like the feel and look of it.

Must resist :)

My LGS has the Scout V2 (blued barrel) in 300 BLK and .223. Not as nice looking as yours but the price was ~225.00 but if it performs well then who cares.

Get it in. 300blk right now. They don't make them anymore and they are hard to find. Search my threads and you'll see how accurate these are. Mine will shoot 1/2 MOA at 100yds and stack cheap reloaded plated subs in one hole at 50 yards.

Those CVA scout/scout v2 rifles and pistols can shoot. I love both of mine!
