How long will it take?

My check was cashed 04/28/16.....talking with my Class III GUY....he's thinking 5 months.

E-filed my Form 1 Feb 1st, was approved mid June. Filed a Form 4 through my dealer June 1st, expect 4-5 months.

Not to rain on everyone's parade, but when I called the NFA branch (the automated message even says don't call before 5 months), I asked and they told me when I was approved and to expect the stamp in a few weeks. I mentioned I ordered a few suppressors at the end of May and the beginning of June. That's when they told me 8+ months if I was lucky as they are getting swamped.

Just sharing what I was told from the horses' mouth. Best bet is to forget about it and wait for the surprise in the mail or the call from your dealer!
