Using the end mill bit? How is the cut? Chamfering deburring required?

I went with the Dillon 1500.

Yes, using the end mill bit I haven't had to chamfer or deburr. It works great. I can't compare it to the dillon 1500 but it would be easier to replace the router for around $150 than buying another 1500. I doubt I will ever have to replace the router and I'm sure Dillon makes a great product. It comes down to preference.
