That flat point will definitely cause feeding issues for most AR's but may work ok in a bolt gun.

I have used them in a 300 Whisper ( parent of the 300 Blackout ) TC Encore. I have also used them in .30-30 and .308.
They can be as accurate as a jacketed bullet.
Just don't crimp them heavily enough to cut the plating, or run them above the recommended velocities.

Those are pretty much the same thing as the xtreme bullets 150 plated FP but more expensive than xtreme bullets. (http://www.xtremebullets.com/308-150-FP ... -b0500.htm)
I have no issues feeding those in my 8.2" 300blk AR, the problem is getting them to cycle subsonic. With some work, I have gotten them to cycle with Varget pretty reliably at 1050fps. Supers should be no problem just watch the maximum velocity. For me, where they really shine is through my RAR & Saker using Trailboss, they are ridiculously quiet.

Ive used the plated 150gr rmr (i believe they are actually same as extreme plated, could be wrong) and they cycled good out of my AR. Just had tinker with OAL a bit. I settled on 2.000" and they ran good. The rmr plated i was using were .846" long. I never tried them subsonic though.
