Anyone tried this?
I just completed my Suppressed AAC 9" SBR and would like to reduce the noise of the buffer and spring as it is now the loudest part of the gun.

It is good to go, see here for one of the threads on it viewtopic.php?f=128&t=84933
Re: JP Enterprises silent captured spring system
Love it. No noise from the buffer anymore. Some people dont like it because it takes away the audible difference when the bolt locks back, but you can still feel when it does.
Re: JP Enterprises silent captured spring system
Just ordered one.
Re: JP Enterprises silent captured spring system
I left my buffer detent out when i installed the jp, it is much easier to work with that way... Just push the hammer down and slide it in.

Just ordered ones as well.
They also give Military/LEO discounts too.

Even better!

Re: JP Enterprises silent captured spring system
These work with 5.56 and 6.8 with the correct springs?
Re: JP Enterprises silent captured spring system
Supressed, with an 8" Noveske 300BLK on a PK arms upper/bolt, no issues cycling 125 grain supersonic ammo.
Re: JP Enterprises silent captured spring system
16 inch 300BLK, suppressed with an AAC SDN6, shooting NOE 311247 boolits. Zero problems and definitely quieter!

Does the JP system have issues going in and out with the buffer detent in place? I made my own and it can be a real bitch to install and remove with the buffer detent in place.mech5700 wrote:I left my buffer detent out when i installed the jp, it is much easier to work with that way...
