Average velocity was 2081, SD 26.49. Overall I would say the groups seemed to be a little tighter for me than 18.0g.
At what distance are you shooting?

Were did you get load data for 300 MP. I don't think I've seen it before.
It is in the same area as far as burn rate with H110. http://www.accuratepowder.com/wp-conten ... _rates.pdf

You have to use a tab bit more than H110 to get the same velocities.

I have used it for the most part of my loading in the Blackout, just about 1.5 lbs so far. Had a brand new gun and could not find ammo or any of the popular powders so I used what was available. I like it!

If you are looking for Factory published data on 300-MP you probably are not going to find it right now.

I heard numerous people have contacted Alliant and ask about publishing data for the 300-MP and the response has been they are not interested in testing 300 blackout at this time.

Maybe if enough people hounded Alliant about the 300 blackout they may... doubt it though.

If you want to get your velocity up you have to get a lee fcd and crimp!! Its a must in 300 and gives better accuracy too!

I am still at a total loss as to why my velocity is not more in line with what others are reporting for this load and bullet. It seems like I should be getting somewhere north of 2200 fps vs. 2018 fps with 18.5g of Lil Gun. Anyone have any ideas ? :?:
Are you using a lee fcd and giving it a med crimp? If not thats why.....

I just tested 18.0gr of Lil Gun under a 125gr Ballistic Tip and my 7" PDW did not like that load at all. It would partially stovepipe the rounds going into the chamber. My suspicion is the semi-bufferless recoil system of this carbine is the source of the problem. Gonna try the same load in my 10" rifle with a conventional spring and buffer.

I was hoping to find some Blue Dot load data to run the 125 Ballistic Tips to around 2000 fps but there seems to be no such data.
