You may want to try adding a few rounds with a tad more 18.3 and 18.5 gr just to see what is the top.

Sir,

What seating depth are you using for this bullet?

The measurements of 2.095-2.120" seem way too short.

OK also see 2.200-2.240 mentioned. That seems a bit better. I tried to get close to 2.120 and it was way too short.

Curious to see if anyone has tried a stick powder like IMR 4064.

I think IMR4064 would likely be too slow burning.

Out of a 16" DS arms chrome-moly barrel.

Had to shoot at 25m to sight my rifle in, but shots were on top of each other.
Looks good. I wasn't impressed with the accuracy when crimped in the bottom groove. I think I load a few crimped in the top groove and check accuracy. I'll load some of your loads and mine and try to chronograph this week.
Cliff,

Were you ever able to chrono those 130 gr sost with 18 gr h110 and Oal 2.04-2.05"?

I tried some IMR 4198 in my Micro 7. Looks promising.

At the risk of being redundant, thought this would be of some use.

From Hodgdon's website.

Apologies if it is a dupe.

Spoke with Paul at Sierra today. 1-800-223-8799.

Bear with me if this isn't new - I like to write these down before I forget.

All loads are using Remmy 7.5 primers and the 125 gr. SMK bullet.

I didn't get velocities, but I figure with so many barrel configurations out there, you'd be measuring your own. I'm assuming these are out of a 16 inch barrel.

IMR 4227: Starting load 16.5 grains, max load (compressed) 17 grains

296: Starting load at 16.7 grains, max load 17.8 grains. (Just noticed this is in the table in above post).

H110: Starting load 16.7 grains, max load 17.8 grains. (Just noticed this is in the table in above post).

Anyone should feel free to contact Paul to confirm these. I have not tested these yet.

Here is some data I received from Johan L., senior ballistician at Western Powders.

I'm sitting on a pile of TAC for 5.56 so I figured what the hell, give them a buzz. Lots of load data here. No TAC recipes, though, lol.

What's the deal with the 1 in 10 twist?... Could be that is a 300 whisper chamber, and not a BLK one. This makes me doubt their data as being the latest and most accurate. Still excellent. Bbetter than nothing.
